All patient inquiries or questions regarding their benefits or balance on accounts are directed to our office, relieving your Front Office staff of this important and time-consuming duty.
Understanding Benefits & Patient Responsibility:
With warmth and professionalism, our staff treats each patient inquiry with care. If a patient is upset over an unexpected statement they have received, we will work to diffuse the situation by reviewing each date-of-service and line item with a balance, explain their benefits and reasons why the balance is their responsibility, and answer any and all questions the patient may have. It is very important to us have each patient leaving the phone call satisfied knowing their account is being handled in a professional manner. We understand that doing our small part in maintaining the satisfaction of each patient helps ensure the patient will continue to be, or develop into a long-term patient of the practice!
